Tamika is a warm, caring, and bright Provisional Psychologist who brings support and positivity to help her clients who may be struggling with life stresses and changes, school/work, and the impacts of depression and anxiety.
Tamika has a passion for helping people reach their full potential by focusing on the individual needs of each client to customise a fit-for-purpose approach, as her intent is to gain experience across a variety of therapeutic approaches. Her approach is consistently kind, calm, compassionate, ultimately ensuring a safe and non-judgmental environment. She often uses CBT, DBT, and Schema therapy approaches in her work with clients, but is more interested in finding out what works for each client.
Tamika holds a provisional registration, which means that she has completed her studies and is working under the supervision of our Clinic Director.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from Curtin University in Western Australia and has recently completed a Masters of Professional Psychology at ECU and is now in her final year of Supervised practice.
Tamika enjoys working with clients of all ages (12+) to support them with:

Career guidance, workplace stress
Social relationships
Tamika sees clients on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
