Group Supervision

Aside from AHPRA requirements…. Group supervision offers Psychologists a valuable opportunity to reflect on their practice in a collaborative and supportive environment. It facilitates shared learning through diverse perspectives, enhances clinical reasoning and formulation skills, and provides a space to explore ethical dilemmas, therapeutic challenges, and professional growth.

Group Supervision offered by Kath is designed for Psychologists and Provisional Psychologists seeking a collaborative, reflective, and supportive space for ongoing professional development.

This group will offer an opportunity to:

  • Reflect on clinical work through a client-centred, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming lens
  • Explore challenges and celebrate successes in therapeutic practice
  • Deepen formulation, case conceptualisation, and intervention planning
  • Strengthen self-awareness and sustainable clinical practice
  • Unpack core skills in greater depth – such as Self-Care, Formulation Skills or Working with ND Clients.
